You
Is Ticket Owl really free to use?
Yes. There are no setup fees and no monthly fees. Ticket Owl earns a small fee on each paid ticket, which you can pass on to your patrons or cover yourself. Free tickets carry no fee at all.
How much are Ticket Owl's ticket fees?
The Ticket Owl fee is 3.5% + $0.70 per paid ticket, plus 5% GST on that fee. Credit card processing is 2.9% + $0.30 per purchase. The price calculator shows the exact amount for any ticket price.
What kinds of events can I sell tickets for?
Live theatre, classes and workshops, dance recitals and showcases, concerts, comedy, and events at bars and breweries. Ticket Owl handles reserved seating, general admission, multi-performance runs and free RSVP-style events.
How do I get started with Ticket Owl?
Book a 30-minute call. We set up your organizer profile and your first event page for you. You review it and get your login, then run your events yourself, with our team there whenever you need help.
How do I get paid for ticket sales?
Ticket revenue is paid out fast, straight to your bank account. Live sales reports show how your sales are going at any time.
Can patrons choose their own seats?
Yes. Seating maps let patrons pick their own seats, row by row, on a map of your venue. Wheelchair-accessible seats are booked by emailing Ticket Owl.
Who handles refunds and lost tickets?
The event organizer. Each organizer sets their own refund policy, processes refunds, and resends tickets to their patrons when needed.
