Eventbrite changed its pricing 4 times in 5 years.
- March 2023
Eventbrite raised its fees
Service fee went from 3.5% to 3.7%, the per-ticket fee from $1.59 to $1.79, and card processing from 2.5% to 2.9%.
- August 2023
Eventbrite added paid plans
New Flex and Pro plans charged organizers to publish, and fees stopped being refunded on refunded tickets.
- September 2024
Eventbrite reshuffled its plans
Flex was retired, and Pro became a monthly email-marketing add-on.
- 2025 to 2026
Eventbrite launched Premium
A Premium subscription was added at CA$89 a month, and Pro closed to new subscribers.
